The Physical Therapist assists the physician in evaluating the patient's level of function, develops and updates the plan of care and provides treatment as ordered by the attending physician.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program or Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (Based on Graduation Year) or D.P.T from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Based on Graduation Year).
