PHYSICAL THERAPIST – HOME HEALTH

Pay Structure: Pay Per Visit

Job Description:
Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required qualifications:

Master's degree in physical therapy, Or Degree in Physical Therapy from an approved program according to Medicare guidelines California Physical Therapist License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days upon hire

Preferred qualifications:

Home Health experience. 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
