Physical Therapist – Home Health Care Services at St Mary High Desert Medical Group

Schedule: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Day Shift

Possible Service Locations: Hesperia, CA area

The physical therapist assists the physician in evaluating the patient's level of function, develops and updates the plan of care and provides treatment as ordered by the attending physician.

Job description:

Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required qualifications:

Master's degree in physical therapy, Or Degree in Physical Therapy from an approved program according to Medicare guidelines California Physical Therapist License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire

Preferred qualifications:

Home Health experience. 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
