Schedule: Day Shift, Per Diem

Job Description:

Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required qualifications:

Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Degree in Physical Therapy from an approved program according to Medicare guidelines. California Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire

Preferred qualifications:

Home Health experience. One (1) year experience as a Physical Therapist.
