AmergisHealthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Leominster,MA who is currently seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to assist them on acontractual basis.

Details of the position include:

Position:Homecare Physical Therapist

Description:PT in the homecare setting, working with patients from young adult togeriatric

Location:Leominster, MA area  

FacilityType: In-home

Start:ASAP

Duration:13-week contract

Hours:40 hours  

Shifts: 

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Requirements:

Massachusetts PT License COVID-19 vaccine, booster

Experience:

2+ years in a homecare setting OASIS
