Our Rehabilitation Department has full-time and on-call Physical Therapy positions open in both our Outpatient and Acute Care Settings and we are hiring for both! We love our community and thrive on patient experience and best practice and are strongly connected to our Regional Rehab Partners.
We have some flexibility to match your scheduling needs, along with an $15,000 hiring bonus for external hires of qualifying positions that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Full-Time – Outpatient: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation Full-Time – Outpatient: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation (Potential to Crosstrain to Acute Care) Part-Time – Outpatient: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics and Neurology On-Call/Per Diem Acute Care – Schedule: Variable schedule up to 32 hours per week, a minimum of 2 shifts a month and 2 Holidays a yearThe Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account the individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Or, Master's Degree From an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Or, D.P.T. From an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Coursework/Training - Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy training to meet a particular department need. Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 30 days of hire. In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check is required for this position upon hire.
