Physical Therapist (Outpatient) - Full Time - Days
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** We are looking for a compassionate and skilled **full-time Physical Therapist** to enhance our Outpatient Rehabilitation Services team. Join our dedicated team at STARS Physical Therapy, located in the heart of the Meridian Talus Plaza. We specialize in sports medicine, arthritis management, orthopedic rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, and more, all within a state-of-the-art facility that includes a private indoor pool designed for therapeutic use.  **What You Will Do:**   As a vital member of our team, you will:  + **Assess and Treat:** Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for our patients, ensuring their specific rehabilitation needs are met.  + **Supervise:** Oversee the work of support personnel to ensure the highest standards of patient care.  + **Educate:** Empower patients and their families with knowledge and tools to support recovery and maintenance of their health.  **Services: **   + Arthritis Management  + Orthopedics Rehabilitation  + Orthopedic Spine Care  + Aquatic Therapy  + Sports Medicine  + Balance and Vestibular  + Pelvic Floor Therapy  **Minimum Qualifications:**   + Current Physical Therapy licensure in the State of Idaho.  + Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network (required at hire).  + Previous experience in an outpatient setting preferred.  **Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:**   + Completion of an accredited PT professional education program, including fieldwork and internships.  + Proficiency in fundamental physical therapy skills, including evaluation, treatment planning, and modality application.  + Strong observational skills for conducting strength assessments, gait analyses, and home evaluations.  + Knowledgeable in anatomy, function, and structure relevant to rehabilitation.  + Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize safety.  + Excellent interpersonal communication skills and professional conduct.  + Detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities; familiarity with EPIC or similar systems is a plus.  **Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** Trinity Health is one of the largest not-for-profit, Catholic healthcare systems in the nation.
