This is an outpatient pediatric rehabilitation facility that offers PT, OT, and SLP services for children ages birth to 13 years of age focusing on improving independence and increasing participation in everyday life. Opportunities in this setting include services in the outpatient setting, NICU, and school systems. There is a multidisciplinary team of pediatric therapists at our facility who are dedicated to their patients and are in constant collaboration. Experience in pediatrics is preferred but is not required.

Requires graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy. If foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA. Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
