Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation

We are looking to add another dynamic Physical Therapist to join our 25-person team! At VHC Health, the Outpatient Physical Therapists work on specialty teams so they can delve into diagnosis and treatment. Teams orthopedic, spine, balance, vestibular, pelvic health, lymphedema, oncology, cardiac and chronic pain. The therapists also treat oncology and cardiac diagnosis patients as well. This department values continual learning and evidence based practice. Specialty rounds are consistently scheduled for therapists to meet for article reviews to collaborate, discuss interesting cases, provide support, learn further techniques as a group and stay up-to-date with today’s advancements. Another factor that adds to the team’s success is that they have a solid onboarding process, which includes a new hire mentorship program.

The VHC Outpatient Rehabilitation Team focuses on manual techniques with minimal modality use to provide quality one-to-one care. To make sure they are able to provide the most for patients, the Rehabilitation Department has access to excellent equipment including real time ultrasound, biofeedback stimulation combo for neuromuscular retraining, restricted blood flow therapy system, Real Eyes Goggles system for vestibular evaluation and treatment.

VHC is excited to announce the new construction of an Outpatient Pavilion to be completed Summer of 2023! There are incredible opportunities for career growth including climbing the clinical ladder and potential promotions to lead therapist or regional manager. In addition, VHC is currently in the process of opening several off-site physical therapy locations in neighboring communities. This will create an opportunity for therapists to work closer to home and help extend our healthcare reach to those in need.
