Perform care as defined by the client’s individual Plan of Car Monitor the patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws Counsels the client and family in related needs Supervise PTA's

Physical Therapist (PT) Job Requirements:

Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in Texas Current CPR Current TB test or Chest X-Ray Proof of eligibility to work in the US Reliable car/auto insurance Clean background and criminal record
