Physical Therapist- Eligible for Sign on Bonus Will see both pediatrics and adults Qualifications: + Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy. + Degree Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree required if graduated before 1/1/2016. + Doctorate of Physical Therapy required if graduated after 1/1/2016. + International candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred). + Licensing: + Must hold or be eligible for a Physical Therapist license in the state where services will be provided. + State licensure must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment. + Certifications: + Must be certified in CPR or obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment. + Must maintain all certifications and licenses as required. + Preferred: + Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred. + Driving Requirements: + If assigned to drive a company vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required. + If using a personal vehicle, proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license are required. + Physical Requirements: + Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with lifting up to 100 pounds, and push up to 300 pounds. + Skills: + Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. + Must be willing to work at other locations as assigned.
