Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT schoolOutpatient experience within the last 3 yearsHerman and Wallace level 1 or equivalent certification through the APTAValid State Physical Therapist licenseCPR certification

Preferred Qualifications:

Pelvic Health Experience in the last yearHerman and Wallace Level 2 or equivalent certification through the APTA Additional Data
