Physical Therapist Position Summary
The Physical Therapist is a licensed professional who is responsible and accountable for the evaluation, planning, implementation, and assessment of physical therapy services for inpatients and/or outpatients. The Physical Therapist is involved in assisting the Supervisor in compiling reports, data, etc. The Physical Therapist will plan and provide care to patients reflecting individual patient needs (cognitive, emotional, educational, physical and chronological maturation). The inventory, distribution/delivery of medications may be required.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree required.Required License and/or Certification
Maryland or Delaware state licensure is required, depending on the state of residency. Licensure requires 30 continuing education contact hours or 3.0 CEU's per 2 years. CPR Certification is required.Experience
