Qualifications:

Required:

Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy at the baccalaureate or post baccalaureate level requiredNew Jersey board license and registration required

Scheduling Requirements:

Day ShiftPer Diem SchedulingCoverage is likely needed for part of the day on Mondays, Wednesdays, and some weekends

Essential Functions:

Analyzes gate to make appropriate recommendations for assisted devicesAssesses the patients balance, coordination, proprioception abilitiesCollaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to meet individual needsDevelops a treatment plan based on patients functional abilitiesEvaluates and treats the muscular, skeletal, neurological and cardiovascular patientsMakes referral recommendations for additional patient care services as requiredWorks with the referring physician for individual needsPerforms other duties as assigned
