Performs independent evaluations for musculoskeletal and neurological patients, formulates treatment plans and goals for all patients seen in department; performs physical therapy procedures and modalities; directs care provided by physical therapy assistants. Works at varied clinic locations as needed.

Required Qualifications:
Coursework/Training: Graduate of an APTA approved physical therapy program. Coursework/Training: Completion of a clinical internship. Coursework/Training: Advanced training in evidence based physical therapy practice. Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.Preferred Qualifications:
