Responsibilities Provide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease. Restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health. Patients include anyone who suffers from physical limitation. Examine patients’ medical histories and then test and measure the patients’ strength, range of motion, balance and coordination, posture, muscle performance, respiration, and motor function. Develop appropriate treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals. Qualifications Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree 1 years’ experience (this requirement will be waived with a strong recommendation from an acute care or outpatient clinical affiliation) Current valid NJ State Physical Therapy license Maintains American Heart Association Basic Life Support HCP Certification Preferred Job Requirements: 2 years’ experience Experience with electronic health records Master’s degree or PhD in Physical Therapy
