Seeking Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our growing multi-disciplinary team in the inpatient rehab setting. The position supports our inpatient rehab hospital with opportunities to support our Day Neuro clinic located on the same campus. The candidate will collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to treat medically complex patients that include stroke, brain injury, SCI, orthopedic, and cardiopulmonary disorders. We are seeking a candidate with strong neurological rehab skills who works well in a team setting. We are open to new graduates with inpatient rehab clinical experience.
Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentTimely and accurate documentation using Casamba-Web Based documentation/ Home Care Home Base / Epic / Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications
Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment required.
