 Salary Range: $75,920.00 - $103,084.00

Responsibilities

Ideally experienced PT, interested in ortho, variety, with possible special interest/experience- Pilates, BFR, sports, specialized cases along w/ Oncology, Vestibular, or TMJ.

Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
