Responsibilities The Physical Therapist is responsible for collaborating with physicians, nurses, other therapists, social workers, and other members of the patient care team to develop a patient-specific care and treatment plan. Qualifications Job Requirements: Successful completion of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education. New Jersey Physical Therapy License. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Demonstrates proficiency in treating pelvic floor issues in both male and female patients.
