Position Name: **Physical Therapist** Location: **Sonora** , **Jamestown** , & **Cold Springs, CA** area Employment Type: Direct-Hire & Permanent Setting: Home Care and Hospice **Pay** - $130,000-$140,000+ (based on experience) - _Bonus potential:_ based on productivity, every 2 weeks. **Shift** - Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm or create your own schedule! - Can start at 9:30am, 10am, 11am, etc. - No: on-call, weekends, or holidays. **Additional Info** - Company Car (work/home/personal use) - Phone and Tablet - Training in Office - Supplies kept in the Main Office, go to office and pick up supplies needed **Qualifications** _Required:_ - Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy. - CA state PT license. - 2 years of experience as a PT. - CPR Certification. - Driver's License and reliable vehicle with insurance. _Preferred:_ - Community or Hospice experience preferred.
