Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree - Physical Therapy or,  Master's Degree - Physical Therapy or,  Ph.D. - Physical Therapy.  Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire.  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

1 year - In long term care.
