Job Description:Evaluates, plans, treats and implements care for patients in accordance with professional standards of the American Association of Physical Therapy using Clinical Practice Guidelines, and policies and procedures of Essentia Health.

Education Qualifications:

Essentia Health is seeking a physical therapist to join our team at our Essentia Health-Moose Lake.

In this position, the PT will:

Receive a $5,000 bonus, competitive pay and benefits, advancement opportunities through a career ladder, and moving expense reimbursement if eligibleWork in a newly opened, modern outpatient clinic treating primarily adult patients with orthopedic and/or neuro-musculoskeletal conditionsThis position will provide care to patients along the health care continuum including inpatient, swingbed, home health and OP including the opportunity to work with patients of all agesHave a flexible schedule based on patient care needsCollaborate with our family medicine team and other outreach providers at the Moose Lake, Cloquet, and Hinckley clinicsThis position is open to students in their final year of training, they can receive a monthly stipend for a maximum of 12 months before the official start date
