The starting pay for this position was recently adjusted. The minimum hourly rate for this position will now be $75,795.20.00/year. All pay rates will be based on candidate’s experience. Shift Days, Monday-Thursday, 10 hour shifts 8:00am – 6:30pm with rotating weekend shifts as required Job Summary The Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care and will assist the supervisor and senior leaders in program development while adhering to the policies and procedures of the University of Kentucky HealthCare Enterprise and in accordance with state and federal regulations. Additionally, this position will perform physical therapy evaluations and render physical therapy treatments following a physician’s order; treat patients with a variety of diagnoses; and perform appropriate documentation in the medical record.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and computer skills and will be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience One to two years’ experience in hospital-based acute care preferred.
