We are currently seeking physical therapists with experience and training in orthopedics. **Physical Therapist - Orthopedics** As a Physical Therapist within the Penn State Health System you will have the opportunity to work in an academic medical setting alongside other Allied Health Professionals including Occupational and Speech Therapists providing comprehensive clinical care. Our Physical Therapy Department includes a team of experienced therapists with expertise in sports medicine, orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, spine, pelvic floor and vestibular therapy. You will work closely with our orthopedic and primary care providers in treating pre-operative, non-operative and post-operative patients with spine and peripheral joint injuries. Daily clinical caseload will include providing comprehensive care for general orthopedic patients as well as high school, college and recreational athletes. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in orthopedic physical therapy with McKenzie Method training or willingness to be trained. Recent graduates who have had orthopedic focused clinical experience and a strong desire for working in orthopedic physical therapy will be considered.
