Responsibilities
The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) is responsible for patient care under the management and supervision of a licensed physical therapist (PT) as required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania practice act.
Qualifications
+ Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy school as sanctioned by the APTA.
+ Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
+ PTA’s with indirect supervision licensure must provide an “indirect supervision” license in order to practice as such.
+ Current CPR certification.
EXPERIENCE:
+ 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
