This position is responsible for assisting the Physical Therapists in patient treatment and performing assigned procedures as delegated by the Physical Therapist. Performance is evaluated by the Home Health Clinical Manager or Home Health Director through written reports and documentation from Physical Therapist.

Required qualifications:

Associate's degree in physical therapy Assistance. Or a graduate of an approved school of physical therapy assistant who is eligible for licensure. Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
