Required Qualifications:

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program. May require specialized physical therapist assistant training to meet a particular department need or equivalent educ/experience Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position.
