The staff Physical Therapist Assistant in the Home Health program provides for routine physical therapy needs of patients under the Physical Therapy plan of care. The Physical Therapist Assistant will carry out the program as thoroughly and effectively as possible under the guidance and delegation of the Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist Assistant reports to the Director of Home Health.

Required Qualifications:
Coursework/Training Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy Assistants. Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) numberPreferred Qualifications:
