Schedule: Full Time/ Days

Servicing Mason County

This position is responsible for assisting the Physical Therapists in patient treatment and performing assigned procedures as delegated by the Physical Therapist. Performance is evaluated by the Home Health Clinical Manager or Home Health Director through written reports and documentation from Physical Therapist.

Required Qualifications: 

Associate's Degree - Physical Therapy Assistance or graduate of an approved school of physical therapy assistant who is eligible for licensure. Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire.  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.  This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. The NPI process is free, and the application may take several weeks to process.
