Job Summary: Will complete treatments per initial evaluation completed by a physical therapist; monitor response to treatment and modify treatment appropriately; attend designated clinics, rounds and conferences and render patient information; complete appropriate documentation. Other responsibilities include: providing in-service education and community education within the scope of knowledge base, clinically supervise PTA SL1, PTA students, rehab therapy USTs, and volunteers. Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant, NYS License or eligible (but must receive license in 1 year) and two years clinical experience required.
