Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans. - Perform therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assist with manual therapy techniques. - Observe and monitor patient progress, reporting changes or concerns to the Physical Therapist. - Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and at-home care techniques. - Document patient progress and treatment details in compliance with healthcare regulations. - Maintain clean and organized treatment areas while assisting in clinic operations. - Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. New Grads Welcome!! - Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (Required). - Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic interventions for musculoskeletal rehabilitation. - Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation setting is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in patient care. - Monday to Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm & 10:00am-7:00pm- No weekends- No holiday's required. *Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
