HOME HEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

Schedule: Full time Day shift
Location: will be traveling/servicing around Pacoima/San Fernando primarily and possibly elsewhere in the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley as needed
Pay Structure: PPV

Physical Therapy Assistants help provide therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications:  Completion of an accredited PTA program. California Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. 1 year of PTA experience in a supervised clinical setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year of experience as a PTA in a home health care setting. Experience as a PTA with geriatric patients.
