Logan Health – Conrad is seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our inpatient, outpatient, swing bed, and nursing home therapy services. This is an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapy Assistant who wants to make a real impact while enjoying the work-life balance of a small-town setting. What You’ll Do
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will:
+ Deliver 1:1 therapy services in a range of care settings including inpatient, outpatient, swing bed, and long-term care
+ Assist in implementing treatment plans under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists
+ Support pediatric through geriatric patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, strokes, and other medical conditions
+ Help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence through gait training, therapeutic exercises, and hands-on support
+ Accurately document treatment and progress using Meditech (inpatient) and WebPT (outpatient)
+ Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, OTs, and leadership in a supportive team environment
+ Float only within therapy service areas of the facility—no travel required
+ Attend an orientation designed around your experience and comfort level
What You’ll Need
Minimum of one (1) of the following required:
+ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program
+ Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program
Minimum of one (1) of the following licensures required:
+ Current Montana Physical Therapy Assistant license or possess a temporary PTA license
+ Eligibility for Montana COTA licensure (must obtain license within 90 days or first test opportunity)
Additional Requirements:
+ Current CPR certification (BLS or HS AED CPR)
+ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in both inpatient and outpatient settings
+ 3+ years of Therapy Assistant experience preferred
+ Strong clinical foundation in gait training, strength, and mobility-based therapies
+ Experience with E-Stim, Ultrasound, and Diathermy preferred
+ Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
+ Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
+ Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems

Monday-Friday 8:00A - 5:00P
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
