Job Summary

Responsible to perform front therapy office functions to ensure patients are scheduled and registered accurately. Assist with activities to maintain cleanliness and order to the department. Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers via in person, over the telephone and through electronic communications. Assist therapy staff with patient care, as needed in various departments.

Education and/or Experience

High School diploma is required. On-the-job training is provided. Two years of physical therapy, nurse aide, or customer service experience is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within the first 6 months of hire.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks 7:30 am/8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$17.50 - $23.00
