Primary Responsibilities:

Effectively collaborate with referring physicians and other professionals to provide optimum patient care Provide comprehensive consultations by evaluating patient conditions and screening for diseases related to the Ear, Nose and Throat Provides evaluations and surgical interventions for the treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Frequently performed procedures include: tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, ear tube placement, sinus surgery, septoplasty, thyroidectomy, para-thyroidectomy, and vocal cord surgery

Required Qualifications:

   M.D. or D.O.    Must be board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology    Active Ohio Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment    Active DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
