As a Physician Assistant (PA), you will work under the supervision of licensed physicians to provide patient care across various healthcare settings. Salary $108-125k/year DOE

Responsibilities:
-Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests
-Perform comprehensive evaluations of acute and chronic medical conditions, and formulate differential diagnoses
-Collaborate with supervising physicians to develop and implement patient care plans, including medication management, treatment modalities, and follow-up care
-Follow policies and procedures directing the use and availability of clinic's services for therapy
-Support and follow the establishment of an ongoing and effective safety program
-Support compliance with quality assurance standards
-Support the establishment of the clinical program
-Keep complete and accurate records pertaining to the indications, rationale, and progress of the patient treatments.
-Be immediately available to manage patient emergencies
-Maintain communication with referring medical providers
-Conduct appropriate patient discharge, follow-up, and referrals
-Support and participate in call/after-hours coverage
-Maintain HIPPA compliance

Qualifications:
-Must be a Physician Assistant graduate holding a valid diploma from an accredited medical school
-Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in a recognized medical field, and currently licensed in the state of North Dakota
-Successfully completed at least a 40-credit hour, UHMS-approved Hyperbaric Medicine Introductory Course
-Maintain an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state
-Be allowed to work unsupervised by his/her medical director only after a period of preceptorship where the physician has demonstrated a consistent competence in standard clinical hyperbaric medicine treatments, procedures, and safety
-Demonstrate that they have maintained competence by showing evidence that they have provided inpatient and/or outpatient consultative and case management services for the minimum number of patients, as established by that institution
