City of Hope Medical Group Seeks a Hospitalist to Join our Inpatient Team

Join  our  rapidly  expanding, nationally  recognized Cancer institute  as  we  seek  to  hire  a  full-time Hospitalist at the Assistant-Associate Clinical Professor level to  join  our  Division  of Hospital Medicine.  Seeking mission-minded physicians  who  provide  patient-centered  care  through clear  communication  and  collaboration  with  members of the subspecialty teams.

Position Highlights:

•      Coverage at only one location

•      State-of-the-art facilities:  226 bed hospital, 15 bed evaluation and treatment center, 18 bed closed ICU

•      Care and treatment of hematology and oncology patients

•      Varying shift lengths (6-, 8-, and 12-hour)

Position Benefits:

·         Excellent benefits package, including a generous retirement contribution plan

·         Relocation assistance may be available

·         Base Salary Range:  $318,000 - $322,000 (Assistant to Associate Clinical Professor levels). The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits.  Actual compensation will be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

•      M.D. or D.O. from an accredited educational institution

•      Preferably board certified in Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine

•      Possession of, or eligibility for, unrestricted medical license in the State of California
