Estimated 20-25 hours per week with increases when covering for leave of other physicians. **Responsibilities:** Will review prior authorization requests for medical services to determine medical necessity. All review and decisioning is performed via electronic review. Will be required to be available for peer to peer reviews that may be requested based on a negative action. May be required to participate in a Fair Hearing should a negative action be appealed to explain the medical review process and decision making.
