The Physician Advisor ensures that the strategic vision of the organization is supported through the evaluation and design of clinical innovation initiatives. Serves as a clinical resource by providing recommendations on pursuing projects and initiatives relative to system strategy and innovation. Serves a liaison to the physicians interested in innovation at IU Health.

This is a part time position and not benefits eligible. We will need this person on a weekly basis for up to 10hours. This candidate will need to be able to look at an obstacle or failure and see an opportunity, then quickly adapt is crucial for both physicians and innovators & be able to flourish at the intersection of disciplines. Master's Degree is required. Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience. Requires a Medical Degree with board certification and licensure to practice in the state of Indiana. Requires academic interest and background.
