Summary:

Responsible for system physician enterprise content planning, delivery, and execution for the BayCare physician enterprise which includes internal and external physician related events. This includes events such as “Doctor’s Day” as well as Medical Staff Services and Credentialing Verification Office events and external physician-centric symposiums and panels within the Tampa Bay community that showcase the BayCare Physician Enterprise. Creates and executes outstanding physician events, both internally & externally. Creates new process improvements around on-boarding BMG physicians and all physicians on-boarded throughout the BayCare Health System. Assists residency programs by elevating and promoting program successes, milestones, and news with the goal of enhancing national reputation and recruitment. This role supports and represents the Physician Affairs team with events, video production, and content creation for live streaming in the digital space. This role is also a collaborator among many other departments including Communications, Marketing, Business Development and BayCare Medical Group partners. Responsible for leading and effectively managing Physician Affairs projects across the BayCare Health System.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education: 

Bachelor’s degree related in related fields, healthcare administration, communications, healthcare or marketing.

Required Experience: 

5 to 7 years’ experience in strategic communications, content, events, production creation on multi-omni channel approach in communications, healthcare or related field.
