**Location** MN, Bemidji **Specialty** Anesthesiology **Visas Accepted** N/A **Practice Details** Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Anesthesiologist in Bemidji, MN * The department provides anesthesia for 11,000 cases per year * Efficient and well-equipped operating rooms (10) * Inpatient and outpatient procedures (vascular, TEEs-no open heart, ortho, general, ENT, eye, podiatry, OB/GYN, urology) * Bread and butter cases * Great work like balance! * Provide CRNA oversight (16 CRNAs) * 1:5 Call - no in-house call * 24/7 CRNA call coverage * 118 bed hospital, 14 bed ICU * Level III trauma center * ER volumes- 27,000 annually **Compensation Package** Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $416,442 - $538,926 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered.
