**Practice Description** **Fairview** is seeking **Anesthesiology physicians** to join a developing practice at **M Health Fairview St. John’s Hospital** . You will find opportunities for professional growth, experience a diverse case variety and assist in shaping the practice and future of the hospital while maintaining a focus on work-life balance. **Practice Details:** + **Join a team of 12** general and cardiac anesthesiologists along with a team of employed CRNA's. + **Wide variety** of cases to include: Cardiac, general surgical open and laparoscopic, robotics, spine and orthopedic, endoscopy cases, cardiac cath lab cases including TAVRs and ablations, C-sections, gyn and urology. No pediatric or current intracranial cases. + **Annual** case volume of 7,000+ in addition to cath lab procedures, 270 Cardiac Surgeries in 2023 and over 300 projected for 2024. In addition, we run over 4000 Cath Lab procedures + **Hospital** has 184 beds, 20 bed ICU, Short Stay Unit, Level 3A NICU, Busy OB practice with 2 OB OR Suites, high volume ED, Interventional Radiology, MRI, and CT + **Call:** on premise, one weeknight a week and one weekend a month, be supported by a core team of CRNAs covering 24/7 + **Fully integrated** Electronic Medical Record (EPIC). + As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our providers use a **multidisciplinary team approach** in managing clinical care. + **H1B Visa accepted** **Community Information** M Health Fairview St. John’s Hospital (https://mhealthfairview.org/locations/m-health-fairview-st-johns-hospitall) provides state-of-the-art care in a comforting environment.
