Assesses and plans for direct patient care, and provides leadership within the E/R in association with supervising physician. Responsible and accountable for the care given to the patient and for the decisions regarding tasks delegated to licensed and non-licensed personnel. Assesses patient’s needs by determining planned procedure and physician preference. Plans for care of patient during intra-operative phase by being prepared for the surgical procedure. Performs as first assist in CVOR as Endoscopic Vein Harvester.  Responsible and accountable to have instruments, supplies, and equipment available for planned procedure. 

Graduate of an accredited Physicians Assistant program. 
NCPAA certified in Missouri.
