Overview Overview OSF Medical Group, part of OSF HealthCare, seeks a Pulmonology Critical Care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join a robust and growing practice. Saint Anthony Medical Center is a 38 Bed Intensive Care Unit. In addition, there is a growing ambulatory pulmonary/sleep medicine practice. 40 hours a week working at our ambulatory clinic and in the acute care setting along with the providers Schedule will include will one weekend a month withrounding with service also EEO Employer M/F/Vet/Disabled THE PERKS Generous paid time off from Day One! OSF Advanced Practice Provider Orientation to ensure you have all the resources you need to succeed as a provider APP leaders are throughout OSF making a difference in the care patients receive Empowering environment to help you grow your career Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in primary care or a related field is preferred Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
