At this time (January), PRN per diem flexible scheduling is available.  If you are seeking full time employment, please notify your recruiter & medical director so they may keep you abreast of future options to transition to full time.

Responsibilities

Performs medical assessment of Center patientsEstablishes and monitors a medically appropriate level of care for center patientsMaintains clinical core competencyAssures compliance with licensing, certification and accrediting bodiesMeets with employers to discuss health and safety needs and conducts workplace walk-through and other on-site assessments.Regularly calls client representatives upon seeing employee patients for initial injuries and change of duty statusIn the absence of the Center Medical Director, provides guidance to other medical staff (e.g. physician assistants, nurse practitioners and back/front office staff) to ensure Concentra’s mission is achieved.Provides an excellent, compassionate and warm patient experience regardless of patient volumeAbility to manage time, prioritize and multi-task in a busy environment

Qualifications

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Florida Medical License Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdictionDegree from accredited institutionBoard Certification FMCSA NRCME required prior to start date (we provide this CME to all colleagues if not already certified) Must be able to treat a patient demographic ages 2 and older

PRN colleagues are permanent W2 employed team members.  We do not offer 1099/contractor/locums opportunities.

 

PRN colleagues have the option to transition to Full Time when such opportunities are available.
