and Reconstructive Surgery FPMRS The AP will provide care in the treatment and management of female urinary disorders urinary incontinence voiding dysfunction pelvic organ prolapses and other female pelvic disorders The AP will work primarily in an outpatient setting but may require providing service in an inpatient area Covered areas could include Any one of our current practices or future sites However we are seeking a provider for our Central Region and Hartford Region sites ndash Farmington Plainville Hartford and soon to be open Southington We try to limit each provider to sites for
