vital member of the Cardiac Surgery team the APP will deliver expert compassionate care to patients in our bed Cardiac Surgery intensive care unit ICU step down unit and floor settings Responsibilities includemiddot Managed preoperative and postoperative care for cardiac surgery patientsmiddot Perform bedside procedures including central venousand arterial line placement intra aortic balloon pump removal etc middot Provide care for patients undergoing advanced procedures including heart transplants ECMO Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation mechanical circulatory support and transcatheter aortic valve replacement TAVRmiddot Conduct thorough patient assessments developing individualized care plans and closely monitoring progressmiddot Collaborate with the multidisciplinary
