SynergenX-Low T Center and HerKare specialize in hormone replacement and targeted wellness services. We are currently seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) to help expand our clinical offerings and support the rapid growth of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, using proprietary treatment protocols to help transform patients' lives.\n
Providers will collaborate with a physician medical director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services, including weight management and low libido treatment.\n
This position primarily supports Spring, Cypress, Vintage Park and The Woodlands clinics, with occasional travel to Atascocita and Kingwood. \n
The work schedule is Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with shifts from 8 AM to 7 PM on Tuesday and 7 AM to 5 PM on Thursday and 8 AM to 5 PM Friday, and Saturday shifts from 8 AM to 12 PM. This position is 32 hours per week, and shifts may adjust with advanced notice for coverage due to PTO.\n

The ideal candidate must be a licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in Texas with a current DEA registration. Previous experience as an APRN or advanced practice provider is highly preferred. The candidate should possess a team-player attitude and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.\n
Training will consist of two full weeks (Monday through Friday) of paid training in Houston.\n
