Providence Holy Cross Medical Center is seeking a full-time Neurosurgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with RNFA certification to join their team. Enjoy meaningful work and experience all that beautiful Southern California has to offer. * Must have 1 year of experience in the OR preferably in neurosurgery * Full-time Monday - Friday * One week of call per month to include the weekend * Weekend differential for weekend workdays * Level I Trauma Center — Mix of inpatient, outpatient and OR assist * Clinic is located within walking distance to the hospital * Supportive APP leaders who care about your well being * Very generous CME package to include CME days and travel funds * Comprehensive benefits available to ensure you can take care of you first, including health/vision/dental insurance options, PTO accrual, and retirement benefits * Compensation is between $161,213 and $220,186 per year * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
