Overview Fairview Health Services urgent care centers provide convenient medical care weekdays, evenings and weekends. Physician Assistants working in urgent care provide a broad spectrum of non-emergent care for minor illness and injury. All hospital admissions are referred to the physician on-call for these practices. Moonlighters are needed for a variety of shifts at Fairview urgent care centers in the metro area. Hours vary by site. Volume fluctuates seasonally. Responsibilities Job Description Andover Brooklyn Park Bloomington Eagan Edina St. Paul Lakeville North Branch Maplewood Woodbury River Falls, WI Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program BC/BE through NCCPA Licensed or ability to obtain a PA license with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Ability to obain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialign and Privileges (if required). Must be comfortable seeing pediatric and adult patients. Preferrered qualification: 1-2 years urgent care or clinic experience. Internal candidates are also preferred.
